5. Custom Designs

Design Approval: After placing an order, you will receive a design proof for approval. It is your responsibility to review the design carefully. Once approved, the design cannot be altered.
Intellectual Property: By submitting a design for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. You grant CustomNeon.pk the right to use your design for the purpose of creating your neon sign.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We ship across Pakistan as per our Shipping Policies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Delays: CustomNeon.pk is not liable for any delays caused by the courier or external circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom neon signs unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Warranty
